Agreement
By accessing the Eclyx website, creating an account, purchasing or redeeming a license, or using Eclyx Client software, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction and meet Discord’s and Minecraft’s age requirements. You are responsible for complying with local laws.
Unofficial software & game rules
Eclyx is an unofficial third-party client modification for Minecraft Java Edition. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or Discord. Using client modifications may violate Minecraft’s terms, server rules, or local laws. You use Eclyx entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for bans, wipes, account loss, or other penalties.
License grant
A valid Eclyx license grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the client builds we distribute for the duration and tier of that license. Licenses may be bound to a hardware identifier (HWID). Sharing, reselling, leasing, redistributing, reverse engineering, or cracking the product is prohibited.
Accounts
Accounts are linked through Discord OAuth. You must not share your Discord account or attempt to bypass HWID, session, or license limits. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or ToS violations.
Payments & refunds
Paid licenses are digital goods delivered immediately upon activation. Except where required by mandatory consumer law, purchases are final and non-refundable once a license has been issued or redeemed. Demo / trial access may be limited to one claim per account or HWID.
No warranties
THE SERVICE AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, UPTIME, OR THAT THE CLIENT WILL REMAIN UNDETECTED ON ANY SERVER OR ANTICHEAT. Features, module lists, and compatibility may change.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECLYX AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, GAME ACCOUNTS, OR SERVER ACCESS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE OR SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE LICENSE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Acceptable use
You may not attack, scrape, or disrupt our infrastructure; forge license traffic; distribute malware with or as Eclyx; harass staff or users; or use the product for unlawful purposes beyond the inherent risks of unauthorized game client modifications you accept yourself.
Intellectual property
Eclyx branding, website content, and proprietary client code remain our property (or that of our licensors). Minecraft and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may also be announced via Discord or the website.
