Who we are
Eclyx (“we”, “us”) operates the Eclyx Client website, license dashboard, and related services. This policy explains what data we process when you visit the site, sign in with Discord, or activate a license.
Data we collect
We collect only what is needed to run the product: Discord account identifiers (ID, username, avatar), license keys and status, hardware identifiers (HWID) used for license binding, IP address and basic request metadata for security and abuse prevention, and technical session cookies for signed-in areas of the site.
How we use data
Data is used to authenticate users, issue and validate licenses, enforce HWID limits, prevent fraud and multi-account abuse, provide support, improve reliability, and protect the service. We do not sell personal data and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on the dashboard.
Discord OAuth
Login uses Discord OAuth2 with the identify scope. Discord is a separate controller for your Discord account. We receive the profile fields Discord returns for that authorization and store them to create or update your Eclyx account.
Cookies and sessions
We use essential cookies (including secure session and CSRF cookies) to keep you signed in and to protect authentication flows. These cookies are not used for cross-site advertising.
Retention
Account and license records are kept while your account or license remains active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, dispute handling, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of account data where applicable by contacting support; some records may be retained if required for fraud prevention or legal obligations.
Security
We apply reasonable technical measures (encrypted transport, access controls, license signing, and session protections). No online service is risk-free. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure.
International processing
Infrastructure may be hosted in regions outside your country (for example cloud hosting providers). By using the service you understand that processing may occur in those locations under appropriate safeguards available from those providers.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). Do not use Eclyx if you are below that age.
